All that was once directly lived has moved away into representation.

Materials: advertising screenshots, digitized newspaper fragments, degraded photocopy textures.

This collage is a détournement exercise in the situationist sense — taking the images of spectacle and turning them against itself. The faces are erased because in spectacle, faces are merely surfaces. The texts are illegible because in spectacle, words are merely noise.

Method: layering, degradation, recomposition. No “professional” retouching software. Everything made with free tools.
